About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee site construction activities for large-scale industrial projects. The candidate should possess strong expertise in multidisciplinary construction management, including mechanical, civil, electrical and instrumentation works, while ensuring project execution aligns with safety, quality and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage overall construction activities at site for large industrial projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor site execution activities and ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Oversee equipment erection, structural works, electrical and instrumentation installations, utility systems and associated construction activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project controls and client teams for seamless project execution.




- Review construction plans, work methods, risk mitigation measures and resource deployment.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC and statutory requirements.
- Monitor construction progress and provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
- Resolve site execution challenges and drive timely project completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 25 years of experience in construction management for large industrial projects.
- Proven experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Fertilizer, Energy or Process Plant projects.
- Robust exposure to multidisciplinary construction activities covering Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines.
- Experience in managing large construction teams and multiple contractors.
- Sound knowledge of construction planning, project controls, safety management and quality assurance.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
- Experience with EPC/EPCM companies and major industrial project execution.
