Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing &
- Procurement:

Manage end-to-end procurement, including issuing Requests for Quotations (RFQs/RFPs), analyzing bids, and processing purchase orders (POs). [1]

- Vendor &

- Subcontractor Management:

Evaluate, qualify, and negotiate contracts with material suppliers, equipment renters, and specialty subcontractors. [1]

- Cost Control &

- Budgeting:

Monitor project material budgets, analyze cost variances, track market price volatility, and implement cost-saving initiatives. [1, 2, 3]

- Schedule Coordination: Align purchasing and delivery schedules with site construction milestones to ensure just-in-time material availability. [1, 2]

- Quality &

- Compliance:

Ensure all procured materials meet local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. [1, 2, 3]

- Dispute &

- Inventory Resolution:

Handle invoice discrepancies, delayed shipments, damaged goods, and subcontractor contract claims. [1, 2]

- ERP &

- Software Tracking:

Maintain digital records, inventory levels, and purchasing data using construction or enterprise software (such as SAP, Oracle, Procore, or Sage). [1]

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
