1. Accuracy and effectiveness of concrete mix designs.
2. Compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
3. Improvement in concrete strength and performance.
4. Timely completion of laboratory and field trials.
5. Successful development of new concrete formulations.
6. Customer satisfaction and technical issue resolution.
7. Accuracy and timely submission of technical reports.
8. Optimization of Concrete costing.

Educational Qualification & Experience

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.




- M.Tech in Structural Engineering / Construction Technology / Concrete Technology will be an added advantage.
- 38 years of relevant experience in concrete technology, RMC, cement, construction chemicals, or quality control.
- Practical experience in concrete mix design, laboratory testing, and site troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of relevant IS codes and concrete testing procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Solid technical knowledge of concrete technology and material science.
- Expertise in concrete mix design and quality testing.
- Knowledge of cement, aggregates, admixtures, and supplementary cementitious materials.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
