Role & responsibilities

Follow Standard Operating Procedures as set out by the University and AcadQuest (Pinnacle EMI Consultancy Services) and ensure optimal operations efficiency.

- Conduct structured telephonic and virtual interviews with applicants to assess genuineness, academic preparedness, and study intent.

Evaluate applicants against compliance frameworks, university guidelines, and visa credibility requirements Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, or fraudulent documentation in applications
- Provide clear, evidence-based recommendations on applicant suitability

Maintain detailed and accurate records of interviews, assessments, and decisions Collaborate with admissions, recruitment, and partner teams to ensure high-quality applicant pipelines

Escalate high-risk cases or concerns in a timely and structured manner to the Regional Manager.





- Stay updated with UKVI regulations, university compliance policies, and international student trends and feedback to the team.

Contribute to continuous improvement of interview frameworks and quality assurance processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Master’s degree in any field

Robust verbal communication skills with the ability to probe and assess effectively

High level of integrity and professional judgement

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Prior experience in admissions, compliance, visa counselling, or student recruitment is desirable but not mandatory
- Familiarity with UK education systems or visa processes is an advantage
