Position: Compliance Manager Collections & Legal Recovery Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitoring and ensuring adherence to RBI guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance policies related to collections and recovery operations.
- Compliance tracking and reporting for collection activities across all channels (Field, Telecalling, Agency, Legal Recovery, etc.).
- Reviewing and implementing regulatory changes affecting collection and recovery processes.
- Conducting compliance audits and identifying gaps in collection and recovery practices.
- Coordinating with Legal, Risk, Operations, and Collection teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Preparation and submission of compliance reports, MIS, and regulatory dashboards.
- Ensuring adherence to customer communication, consent management, cooling-off period, settlement,



and recovery-related compliance requirements.
- Supporting management in regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

- Qualified : CA / CS.
- 5-10 years of experience in Compliance, Risk, Collections, Recovery, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Robust understanding of RBI regulations, recovery practices, legal recovery processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in compliance monitoring, audit management, and regulatory reporting.
