1. Training Delivery & Facilitation Facilitate interactive, activity-based training sessions on spoken English, voice and accent, corporate etiquette, body language, and workplace communication. Conduct specialized modules covering interview preparation, group discussions, public speaking, active listening, and business email etiquette. Adapt facilitation methods to match diverse learner proficiencies, using role-plays, mock interviews, extempore sessions, and multimedia aids.
- Curriculum & Material Development Develop and update structured training modules, lesson plans, participant handouts, presentation decks, and practice drills. Align training content with industry requirements (e.g., service excellence, client management, cross-cultural competence). Create practical case studies, real-world simulations,



and role-play scripts tailored to career pathways.
- Assessment, Feedback & Reporting Administer diagnostic assessments (pre-tests) to establish baseline language and communication proficiencies. Deliver continuous, constructive one-on-one and group feedback to correct phonetic errors, tone modulation, grammar, and delivery mechanics. Conduct post-training evaluations, tracking individual and batch progress through standardized rubrics and scorecards. Maintain detailed logs of attendance, performance benchmarks, and overall batch impact.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
