Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Communication Manager with a strong background in PR, branding, marketing communication and content development, preferably within the architecture, design or real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the firm's communication strategy, social media presence, media relations, project presentations and branding initiatives while coordinating with internal teams and managing communication deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute PR, branding and communication strategies for the firm and its projects.
- Manage social media content and engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Create compelling client pitches, technical presentations, project stories, articles, speeches and press materials.
- Handle media relations, press releases, media enquiries and PR activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather project information and develop communication content.




- Manage client communication and ensure timely delivery of presentations and project-related deliverables.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication and visual content.
- Coordinate and manage the communication team and prepare reports for leadership.
- Travel as required for project-related assignments.

Eligibility &

Key Skills

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in communication, PR, branding or marketing communication.
- B.Arch. qualification is mandatory.
- Experience in architecture, design, real estate or creative organisations is preferred.
- Strong expertise in social media management, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in developing client pitches, technical presentations and PR content.
- Experience in media coordination, branding and visual communication.
- Strong client-handling, team-management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work independently.
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
