Our frontline - trainers, membership and PT sales, front desk, gym managers and inside-sales teams - is the product, and we are building a training academy that runs like Urban Company's or a Taj hotel's.

Not for school or college English teachers or IELTS tutors - this is workplace communication for service staff.

What you do

- Make every trainer, front-desk and sales person speak to members with confidence - in clear Hindi and straightforward English.




- Phone and WhatsApp etiquette, explaining plans and prices simply, handling complaints, member conversations on the floor.
- Daily role-plays, call listening, one-to-one coaching for weak communicators; measure improvement.

Who fits

- 3-8 years as a communication / V&A; / soft-skills trainer for frontline or customer-facing teams - BPO, hospitality, airlines, retail, consumer services.
- Energetic in a classroom of first-job staff; comfortable in Hindi.

Work: Sector 9, Noida (head office) + regular visits to gyms across Delhi NCR • full-time, on-site • 6 days • CTC 5-7.5 LPA.
