We are hiring for a client, an intimate, chef-led restaurant in Pune. This is not a regular hospitality job . It is a small, craft-driven team where your ideas count.

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month

Reports to: The founder

What you’ll do

- Lead the team and run smooth, high-standard service
- Handle reservations, pre-orders and guest communication
- Run the brand’s socials (stories, reels, DMs, community) in coordination with the chef
- Work with the chef daily on prep, timing and special requests
- Look after inventory, vendors and daily billing

Who we’re looking for
- 2+ years in hospitality, social media, events or brand roles
- Strong at managing people and multitasking
- Dependable:



you show up, answer calls and follow through
- Comfortable with Instagram, with valuable English and Hindi
- Curious about food. No chef background needed, as we’ll train you.
- Minimum 6-month commitment
