Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commis 3 Chef to join our kitchen team in Gurgaon. The candidate should have a basic understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation, and hygiene standards, along with a willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior chefs.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Perform basic cutting, chopping, peeling, and ingredient preparation.
- Support mise en place before kitchen service.
- Prepare basic dishes according to recipes and instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.




- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
- Coordinate with other kitchen team members for smooth operations.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, or professional kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with relevant culinary training may also apply.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
