Job Summary:

Vacanza Developers is looking for an experienced Collections Head to manage customer payment collections and facilitate property loans through banks and financial institutions.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely payments from customers who have purchased residential flats, commercial shops, showrooms and office spaces, along with coordinating loan applications, documentation, sanctions, and disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer payment collections across residential and commercial projects.
- Monitor payment schedules, upcoming payments and overdue amounts.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers for outstanding payments.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, and housing finance companies.
- Facilitate home loans and commercial property financing for eligible customers.




- Coordinate loan documentation, KYC and bank verification processes.
- Track loan applications, sanctions and disbursements.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Legal and Accounts departments.
- Maintain collection reports, outstanding statements, and loan tracking dashboards.
- Lead and manage the collections and loan facilitation team.
- Develop collection strategies and improve payment recovery efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7–12+ years of experience in Real Estate Collections, Banking, Home Loans, or Mortgage Finance.
- Robust knowledge of customer payment collection processes.
- Experience coordinating with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and disbursement procedures.
- Excellent customer handling, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Strong team management and reporting capabilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
