Job Summary The Collection Head will be responsible for leading and managing the overall collection activities of the company. The role includes achieving collection targets, managing the collection team, monitoring outstanding payments, coordinating with branches and accounts, and ensuring proper customer follow-up and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall Collection Team and Collection Coordinators.
- Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and overall collection targets.
- Prepare and implement effective collection plans and strategies.
- Monitor outstanding and overdue customer payments.
- Review collection performance branch-wise and employee-wise.
- Conduct regular meetings with the Collection Team and provide necessary guidance.
- Coordinate with Branch Heads, Sales Teams, Accounts Department, and Management.
- Ensure proper customer follow-up through calls and physical visits.
- Give special priority to customers with high outstanding amounts and long-pending dues.
- Monitor and review customer collection data and history through the company application/system.
- Ensure daily collection plans and reports are properly updated and submitted.




- Analyse collection performance and take corrective action where required.
- Allocate collection work and customer routes effectively among team members.
- Train and guide Collection Officers, Coordinators, and other Collection Staff.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, reporting, and compliance within the Collection Team.
- Escalate serious collection issues and risks to Management.
- Submit regular collection performance reports and updates to Management.
- Work towards reducing overdue and outstanding amounts while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in Collection, Recovery, Finance, or Team Management.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse collection reports and outstanding data.
- Knowledge of CRM, collection software, or reporting systems is preferred.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Experience Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Collection/Recovery, preferably in a leadership role.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
