About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Co-Founder to help build and scale our cloud kitchen brand in Bangalore.

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity , not a conventional salaried employment role. The ideal candidate should have a strong ownership mindset and be willing to work closely with the founding team to build the business from the ground up.

The Co-Founder will be involved in both business strategy and day-to-day operations , with the opportunity to participate in the long-term growth and success of the brand through an equity-sharing structure .

Key Responsibilities

- Drive overall business growth, sales and profitability .
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, quality and hygiene .
- Manage Swiggy, Zomato and other delivery platforms .
- Develop menus, pricing, combos and new products.
- Plan and execute marketing, promotions and brand-building activities .
- Manage vendors, procurement, inventory and food costs .
- Recruit, manage and motivate the kitchen team.
- Track sales, costs, customer feedback and key business metrics.
- Identify opportunities for customer acquisition, repeat orders and expansion .
- Work closely with the founding team on strategic business decisions and future expansion .

Ideal Candidate
- Entrepreneurial and highly ownership-driven .
- Experience in F&B;, cloud kitchens, restaurants, QSR or startups preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales,



operations and profitability .
- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment .
- Passionate about building and scaling a profitable food brand .
- Willing to take responsibility and contribute beyond a conventional .
- Looking for long-term business ownership rather than a fixed-salary career .

Compensation & Equity This is not a traditional salary-based position .

The initial compensation will primarily be structured to cover the Co-Founder’s basic day-to-day living and essential expenses .

The major value of the opportunity will come through equity participation in the business , linked to the individual's role, contribution, commitment and responsibilities.

The proposed structure may include:

- Basic monthly support to meet essential living expenses.
- Equity/shareholding in the business as the primary long-term incentive.
- Potential performance-linked incentives/profit sharing as the business grows.
- Equity terms, percentage, vesting and responsibilities will be mutually discussed and agreed upon based on experience, contribution and commitment.
