Position: CLUSTER HEAD / VP MANUFACTURING & OPERATIONS

Location: Bharuch , Ankleshwar

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic manufacturing leader for a reputed organization in the Agrochemical / Chemical / Specialty Chemicals industry.

POSITION DETAILS

- Designation: Cluster Head / VP – Manufacturing & Operations
- Experience: 18+ Years
- Industry: Agrochemical / Chemical / Specialty Chemicals
- CTC Budget: 70 Lakhs to 1 Crore+
- Reporting To: MD / CEO
- Span of Control: Leadership of 3 Manufacturing Plants

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide overall strategic leadership across multiple manufacturing facilities.
- Lead and drive operational performance across 3 manufacturing plants.
- Provide leadership and direction to Site Heads and Plant Heads.
- Drive manufacturing excellence, operational efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee Production, Engineering, Projects, Maintenance, EHS and Quality.
- Lead capacity expansion,



business growth and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure statutory, regulatory and environmental compliance.
- Partner with the MD / CEO on strategic business decisions and organizational growth.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 18+ years of experience in Chemical / Agrochemical / Specialty Chemical manufacturing.
- Proven track record in multi-site / multi-plant leadership.
- Experience managing senior leadership teams, including Site Heads and Plant Heads.
- Solid strategic, operational and business management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational transformation and business performance.
