Cloud Systems & Services Specialist

About the Role

RTAC is seeking a technically enthusiastic skilled to work with cloud-based technology, hosting platforms, and online service environments. The position involves setting up cloud resources, maintaining hosted applications, handling service configurations, and supporting the reliable operation of customer-facing digital solutions.

What You'll Work On

- Set up and manage cloud environments for websites, applications, and business software.
- Handle virtual server configuration, storage allocation, and resource management.
- Assist in website migration, application hosting, and environment setup.
- Configure domains, DNS settings, SSL certificates, and hosting services.
- Monitor hosted services and investigate availability or performance issues.
- Manage scheduled backups and assist with data restoration activities.
- Support cloud account administration,



user access, and permission management.
- Maintain service records and technical documentation.

What We're Looking For

- Understanding of cloud platforms and web hosting technologies.
- Familiarity with GCP, Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
- Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows servers, and networking fundamentals.
- Understanding of DNS, domain management, SSL, and virtual machines.
- Familiarity with storage management, backups, and cloud security concepts.
- Interest in learning cloud administration and service management.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Candidates with cloud certifications, practical labs, or relevant projects are welcome.
