About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Data Management Associate to support the collection, validation, processing, and management of clinical trial data. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate clinical research databases, ensuring data quality, identifying discrepancies, and supporting clinical research teams in compliance with regulatory and study requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, review, and manage clinical trial data from various sources.
- Enter and validate clinical study information in electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
- Review clinical trial records and case report forms (CRFs) for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect data and assist in resolving data discrepancies.
- Generate and manage data queries to ensure accurate clinical trial documentation.




- Maintain clinical databases and ensure data integrity throughout the study lifecycle.
- Support database cleaning, reconciliation, and data validation activities.
- Coordinate with clinical research associates, investigators, and other study teams.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm), Pharm.D, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related disciplines.
- Freshers with an interest in clinical research and data management are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of clinical trials and clinical research processes.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation.

Required Skills
- Clinical data entry and data validation.
