Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Client Servicing professional to manage global client relationships, oversee project execution, and ensure seamless delivery of services. The candidate will act as a key point of contact for international clients while coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end projects for international/global clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, requirements, and escalations.
- Understand client expectations, project briefs, and business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Develop project plans, track milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and challenges.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates and status reports.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and agreed deliverables.




- Manage client expectations and build long-term business relationships.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in Project Management, Client Servicing, or Account Management.
- Prior experience managing international/global clients is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Comfortable coordinating with international teams across different time zones.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in managing global accounts, preferably US, UK, or European clients.
- Robust understanding of project lifecycle and client servicing processes.
- Experience in a B2B environment.
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
