- Reply to client Queries and prepare initial drafts of the proposals. Good working knowledge of MS Excel,MS PowerPoint and MS Word.

Job Profile Responsibilities include : MIS for the Kolkata Sales team: Revenues forecasts on monthly quarterly basis as per various profit centers based on inputs from the Sales team

Sending Cheque reports, liaison with Accounts for Bills Receipts of Clients

Sending reminders to Kolkata Clients for Domains, AMC etc. with regular follow-ups, and collection of payment

Monthly/Quarterly updates to clients on Hit Reports, promotion status, Articles etc

Scheduling appointments and communicating with Clients regarding follow-ups for the pending payments and/or materials

Liaison with the production teams regarding regular updates and follow-up for work

Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word

Excellent written / verbal communication skills in English

Spoken knowledge of local languages would be appreciated, though not essential
