We are looking for a responsible, organised, and people-oriented Client Operations Executive to join our team at a mental health and wellness firm.

The candidate will be responsible for managing client enquiries, coordinating appointments, maintaining client records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to interact with clients in a friendly, empathetic, and confidential manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming client enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments between clients and mental health professionals.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, sessions, and service requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records, appointment schedules, and operational databases.
- Assist clients with service-related queries and provide necessary information.
- Coordinate with psychologists, counsellors, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage appointment confirmations,



cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Ensure client information and records are handled with strict confidentiality.
- Support daily administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain a positive and professional client experience.

Requirements
- Any bachelor's degree.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle clients with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a mental health and wellness environment.
