What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Client Operations Executive with 2–3 years of experience to oversee client servicing and operational coordination in a tech-driven environment.

The role involves managing client communication, coordinating with internal stakeholders, tracking ongoing requirements, and ensuring timely execution and resolution. The ideal candidate should have a structured approach to work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication and operational requirements of B2B clients.

- Coordinate with internal teams across Sales, Technology, and Operations to ensure timely execution of client requests.

- Oversee pending requirements, track progress, and ensure timely execution and closure of tasks.

- Handle client queries, resolve operational issues, and manage escalations.

- Maintain accurate client records, operational trackers, reports, and dashboards using MS Excel/ Google Workspace.

- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to defined processes, timelines, and operational standards.





- Identify process gaps and support improvements in operational efficiency.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations, or account coordination, preferably in a B2B environment.

- B2B experience preferred, ideally in an Ad Tech or technology-driven environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace, including data management, reporting, and basic spreadsheet functions.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
