Role Description The Client Handling and Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role involves managing day-to-day client interactions, understanding client requirements, and ensuring smooth execution of sports and event-related activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, tracking operational timelines, and resolving issues to maintain high service standards. The role also includes monitoring event performance, gathering client feedback,



and supporting continuous improvement of processes to enhance overall client satisfaction and experience.

Qualifications

- Solid Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs and maintain long-term relationships.
- Customer Experience skills to analyze feedback and help design seamless, participant-friendly event journeys.
- Ability to manage operations, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant experience in client-facing roles, event management, or sports advisory is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area and collaborating across diverse teams.
- Undergraduate degree in business, hospitality, sports management, or a related field is an advantage.
