Candidate Profile:

Experience - 5 to 7 years

Number of Positions - 03

Location - Bangalore

Education - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 Years Course) and

05 Years Experience or ITI Grade (2 years Course) and 7 Years

Experience.

Function Area - Drafting in HVAC Industry.

Role - Sr. Drafting Engineer (Cad & Revit)

Industry Type - HVAC & Cleanroom for Hygiene and Industrial applications like Pharmaceutical, Food, Electronics, Semiconductor, Automobile etc.

Employment Type - Full Time & Permanent

:

Capable to work effectively as a team of Designer/Drafting team.

Ready to travel/relocate in pan India as per client or consultant requirements.

Meticulous in detail Engineering and can interplay with project teams, consultant/Customer & Vendors.

Knowledge of SMACNA/IS code and valuable hand on AutoCAD/Revit (3D)



with spatial conceptualization/ visualization for coordination of various services in the layouts & generate GFC drawing.

Skill set shall be detailed engineering with Drawings/BOM development, customer/consultant interaction for coordination and specifically to cover:

- Make Project base point set up.
- Creating Central file & Levels.
- Linking the Revit file/ various other services file, importing files, copy/monitor & managing the link.
- Develop HVAC Duct system with system classification & system type.
- Creating duct layout & Duct sizing, Duct justification, connecting air terminals & flexible duct.
- Creating Piping & Cable tray layout with tagging.
- Making View templates, Work sets and Filters for HVAC Systems.
- Schedules and take-off quantities using Revit.
- Creating Legends and Title block Sheets.
- Creating Family creation like AHU, Plenum, Air terminal, Annotation family.
- Creating Section view, callout view & walk-through settings.
- Exporting in Revit model in Drawing, PDF & Navisworks.
- Maintain the LOD 350 (Minimum).
