Job Summary

We are looking for a CJA Technical Consultant with strong experience in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to design, configure, implement, and support analytics solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, data ingestion, datasets, data views, connections, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions based on business and analytics requirements.

- Configure CJA Connections, Data Views, Components, Metrics, Dimensions, and Filters.

- Work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) datasets and schemas.

- Understand and work with XDM schemas and customer/event data.

- Configure data ingestion from different sources into Adobe Experience Platform.

- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and reconciliation between source systems and CJA.

- Create and maintain CJA Workspace projects and analytics dashboards.

- Work with Adobe Analytics, AEP,



and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions where required.

- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, architects, and marketing teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot data, configuration, and reporting issues.

- Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and solution designs.
