Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and execute civil and interior finishing works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, labour teams, vendors, and project managers for smooth site execution.

- Monitor daily site progress, labour productivity, material consumption, and quality of work.

- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings.

- Ensure proper measurements, quantity verification, and preparation of daily progress reports.

- Maintain site records, material reconciliation, and work measurement sheets.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.

- Identify site issues, resolve execution challenges, and report delays to the Project Manager.

- Coordinate with the billing and procurement teams for material requirements and work measurements.





- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities within the approved budget.

Required Qualifications:

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 48 years of relevant site execution experience.

- Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing works, and interior execution.

- Ability to read drawings and understand BOQs.

- Positive communication, coordination, and team management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic project reporting.
