About the Role Netfusion Sports is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Engineer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both in office engagement and technical planning. You will work closely with our sales and execution teams to ensure client requirements are translated into actionable project plans.

Key Responsibilities

● Liaise with potential clients after sales qualification to gather and confirm technical and infrastructure requirements.

● Conduct site inspections to assess project feasibility.

● Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and site layouts for proposed sports infrastructure projects.

● Perform duties of a site engineer during project execution including planning, procurement and project supervision ensuring design specifications, quality standards, and timelines are met.

Ideal Candidate Profile

● Education: ○ Degree in Civil Engineering (required) ● Experience:



○ 1-2 years of experience in civil engineering ○ Prior involvement in sports infrastructure projects is highly preferred ○ Exposure to working with sports surfaces, sub-base construction, drainage systems, etc., is a strong plus ○ Ability to use design/estimation tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel) ○ Familiarity with structural design, particularly for steel structures, is a plus but not mandatory

● Other Requirements: ○ Willingness to travel for site visits (local or regional) ○ Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills ○ Self-motivated and capable of working independently on a part-time basis

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
