Artisana, a private limited company is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Civil Site Engineer with 58 years of experience in construction and project execution. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, estimation, quality control, cost management, and coordination with project teams, contractors, and local artisans.

The role involves working with conventional and sustainable construction technologies (i.e. Lime and Earth based), traditional building practices, and locally available materials to promote context-responsive and environmentally responsible construction.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree or B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.





58 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site management.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, Cost estimation, quantity surveying, and construction monitoring.

English proficiency incl. report writing, progress reports and Detailed Project reports.

Solid technical, analytical, communication, and team management skills.

Experience or interest in sustainable construction (i.e. Rammed earth) technologies, natural building materials, and traditional building practices will be an advantage.

Willingness to travel to project locations and work in diverse site conditions Pan india.
