1. Define the Job Role and Responsibilities

- Design and Analysis: Performing calculations and designing structural elements for buildings, bridges, or other infrastructure.
- Code Compliance: Ensuring all designs comply with local and international building codes (e.g., IBC, Eurocodes, etc.).
- Drawing Production: Creating detailed structural drawings and specifications for construction.
- Site Support: Providing technical support to construction teams, responding to RFIs (Requests for Information), and conducting site inspections.
- Collaboration: Working with architects, MEP engineers, and other professionals.
