Navkaar Aluform Services Pvt. Ltd. designs and manufactures aluminium formwork systems for residential, high-rise, township and infrastructure projects, supported by design, manufacturing, delivery and on-site technical assistance.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a solid background in construction projects and a keen interest in sales and business development. The role involves using practical project knowledge to understand client requirements, recommend suitable aluminium formwork solutions and develop business with developers, contractors and EPC companies across Eastern India.

Civil Engineers working in project execution, site management, planning or formwork operations who wish to transition into technical sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify upcoming construction projects and develop business opportunities across Eastern India.
- Meet developers, EPC contractors, project heads, consultants and procurement teams to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
- Use project and site experience to explain formwork applications, construction cycles, repetitions and cost benefits.




- Read architectural and structural drawings and coordinate with internal technical teams to develop suitable solutions.
- Conduct client presentations, site visits and technical discussions.
- Coordinate proposals, quotations, negotiations and follow-ups to convert enquiries into orders.
- Build long-term client relationships and support coordination through order execution and after-sales service.
- Track projects, competitors and market developments to identify new customers and territories.
- Lead and coordinate the sales team, as applicable.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering with 10–15 years of relevant experience in construction or project-related roles.
- Practical experience in project execution, site engineering, project management, planning or formwork systems.
- A clear interest in pursuing a client-facing sales and business development career.
- Ability to understand drawings and discuss construction methods, project schedules and technical requirements.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–12 days per month across Eastern India.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English; Bengali will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to aluminium formwork / Mivan systems, scaffolding or related construction systems.
- Existing relationships with developers, contractors, consultants or EPC companies.
- Previous involvement in technical sales, tendering, estimation, costing or commercial negotiations.
