Job Description Civil Engineer (Residential Project)

Responsible for supervising and executing day-to-day construction activities in residential projects, ensuring work is carried out as per approved architectural and structural drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and masonry.
- Monitor plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, and finishing work.
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Ensure quality control and safety at the construction site.
- Manage labour, contractors, and construction materials.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity estimates, and daily progress reports.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and MEP teams.
- Ensure timely completion of work as per project specifications.

Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.

Knowledge of residential building construction and execution.

Knowledge of structural and architectural drawings.
