Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.

2. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.

3. Monitor construction quality, workmanship and material standards.

4. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site workers.

5. Handle site execution activities including RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering and finishing work.

6. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

7. Check quantities, measurements and material consumption at site.

8. Prepare daily progress reports and update management regarding project status.

9. Identify technical issues at the site and coordinate for timely resolution.

10. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery and construction materials.

11. Maintain site records,



measurement books and quality inspection reports.

12. Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 57 years of relevant experience in civil construction.

- Experience in residential and high-rise building projects preferred.

- Good knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement and finishing work.

- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.

- Strong site supervision and contractor management skills.

- Knowledge of construction materials, estimation and quality control.

- Positive coordination, communication and problem-solving abilities.
