Job Title: Civil Engineer

Experience Required: 2+ Years

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Civil Engineer with sound technical knowledge of civil construction and strong site management skills to supervise and coordinate site activities, ensure quality execution, monitor project progress, and manage coordination with contractors, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders for timely project completion.

Responsibilities:

- Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities, ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications, and monitor manpower, materials, machinery, contractors, resource utilization, and project timelines.
- Project Coordination & Management: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams, follow up on ongoing activities, resolve site-related issues, and ensure timely project execution with regular progress updates to management.
- Quality Control & Technical Supervision: Ensure construction quality and compliance with technical specifications, verify measurements, levels, alignments, and workmanship, and coordinate inspections and corrective actions.
- Planning & Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, monitor project schedules, identify delays, coordinate material requirements,



and maintain site records, measurement books, and project documentation.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction standards, monitor housekeeping and safe working practices, and coordinate necessary measures to maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
- Strong site supervision and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation, measurements, and material requirements.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage contractors, labour, and multiple site activities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site coordination.
- Candidates with experience in independently handling site activities and coordinating project execution will be preferred.
