Position Name- CIVIL/CRIMINAL CONSULTANT

Experiences: 3 to 6 years

Remuneration: 60k to 80k CTC

Immediately Joiner most preferable.

Working Details: Mon to Sat(10am -6.30pm)

KRA:

- Must Knowledge of Civil Suits.
- Civil Recovery Matter- NBFC Sector/ Any other Financial Sector related cases.
- Handled the Execution matters
- Under section 200 complaints filling
- Under Section 156 register FIR
- Knowledge about process of Bail
- Handled the Arbitration matters
- Great experiences on Civil & Criminal matters
- Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments (NI) Act, 1881

Requirements:

- Must be passed out in between 2016 to 2020 year (B.com- LLB/LLM)
- Have experienced as Advocate.
- Male candidate only applicable.
