Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage civil construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control to meet client expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment in office.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in civil construction management or related field.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. (Civil) degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from concept to delivery.
