SENIOR SITE CIVIL ENGINEER: TERMS & DUTIES AGREEMENT

Designation: Senior Site Civil EngineerDepartment: Project Execution & Site OperationsLocation: Rewa, Madhya Pradesh & Site DeploymentsTenure Standing: Senior Staff (1+ Years Service)

1. ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

1.1 On-Site Construction Supervision & Leadership

- Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities (structural, finishing, foundation, and infrastructure works) strictly in accordance with approved architectural and structural blueprints.
- Site Management: Direct and monitor labor crews, site supervisors, subcontractors, and heavy machinery to ensure maximum site productivity.
- Technical Guidance: Provide immediate technical troubleshooting on-site for structural alignments, reinforcement detailing, concrete mix ratios, and field layout challenges.

1.2 Quality Control (QC) & Safety Compliance (HSE)

- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming raw materials (steel, cement, aggregates, bricks/blocks) and perform standard field quality tests (slump tests, cube testing, compaction tests).
- Drawing Compliance: Ensure structural execution adheres strictly to IS codes, municipal norms, and detailed engineering drawings.
- Safety Enforcement: Enforce site safety standards (PPE usage, scaffolding safety, excavation precautions) to maintain a zero-incident work environment.

1.3 Project Planning, Measurement & Billing

- Progress Tracking: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) and align actual progress with baseline schedules.
- Measurement & Verification: Take precise joint site measurements, verify bill of quantities (BOQ), and certify contractor/subcontractor running bills before submitting to the head office.
- Material Reconciliation: Perform regular material balance checks to prevent material wastage, theft, or over-consumption in office.

1.4 Vendor, Contractor & Client Coordination

- Subcontractor Coordination: Assign daily target tasks to specialized trade contractors (bar-benders, shuttering teams, masonry, plumbing,



electrical) and review performance.
- Head Office Liaison: Coordinate continuously with management and administrative teams at the Samdareeya Gold, Rewa head office for material requisitions, petty cash requirements, and project updates.
- Client & Consultant Interaction: Represent the company during site inspections conducted by clients, structural consultants, government inspectors, or municipal authorities.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT 2.1 Working Hours & Site Deployment

- Working Hours: Standard site duty hours are 08:30 AM to 06:30 PM (Monday to Sunday.
- Site Relocation / Deployment: The company reserves the right to deploy or transfer the engineer to any active or upcoming infrastructure/building project site under Galaxy Constructions within Rewa or neighboring districts as operational needs require.

2.2 Seniority Standing & Appraisal

- Service Recognition: This agreement recognizes the candidate's active service record exceeding 1 (one) year with Galaxy Constructions and Infra Projects.
- Performance Review: Annual performance appraisals, project completion bonuses, and pay increments will be evaluated based on timely project execution, budget adherence, material wastage control, and safety performance.

2.3 Remuneration & Compensation

- Salary Payment: Monthly remuneration will be credited as per the revised compensation schedule on or before the 7th to 10th day of each calendar month.
- Site Allowances: Field allowances, travel compensation, or mobile communication reimbursements will be provided as per senior staff company policy.
- Deductions: Applicable statutory deductions (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS) will continue as per government rules.

2.4 Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

- Proprietary Data:



The engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding structural designs, estimation rates, BOQ pricing, tender quotations, subcontractor rate agreements, and client lists.
- Intellectual Property: All calculations, site logs, survey data, as-built drawings, and reports generated remain the exclusive property of Galaxy Constructions and Infra Projects.

2.5 Code of Conduct & Asset Responsibility

- Professional Integrity: Zero tolerance for unauthorized financial transactions, taking kickbacks from material vendors/subcontractors, or certifying false site measurements.
- Equipment & Asset Care: Responsible management of company survey equipment (Total Station/Auto Level), vehicles, testing kits, and safety apparatus assigned to site operations.

2.6 Leave Policy

- Privileged & Casual Leave: Senior site staff are entitled to accrued leaves as per company rules.
- Site Coordination: Leave must be scheduled and approved at least 5 days in advance to ensure an alternate site charge is assigned, except in emergency cases.

2.7 Resignation & Separation

- Notice Period: As a key senior operational resource managing ongoing site execution, a mandatory 30 to 60 days' written notice (or salary in lieu thereof) is required from either party for resignation or termination.
- Handover Protocol: Full settlement and NOC will be issued only after complete handover of site registers, measurement books (MBs), material stock balances, ongoing bills, and assigned company assets to the incoming project lead.

3. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE I have read, understood, and accept the updated duties, responsibilities, site terms, and operational conditions outlined in this agreement. I reaffirm my commitment to execute quality construction work and uphold the standards of Galaxy Constructions and Infra Projects.
