Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide individual counseling sessions to students, addressing their academic, social, and emotional concerns.

- Develop and implement effective intervention strategies to support student growth and well-being.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for students with special needs.

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement for students' cognitive, social, and behavioral development.

- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders on treatment outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in child psychology or related field (education industry).

- Strong understanding of child development theories and practices in an educational setting.

- Excellent communication skills for working with children, parents, teachers, and other professionals.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; solid organizational skills required.

- B.A - Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology or relevant field.
