Position: Chief Security Officer (CSO)

Experience: 5–8 years preferred: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Purpose To lead and manage overall security operations at the factory premises, ensure the safety of employees, materials and company assets, and maintain effective security procedures across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Security Operations

- Manage overall security operations at Manali and Vichoor locations.
- Supervise Security Supervisors, Security Officers and Security Guards.
- Ensure proper security coverage across all shifts.

2. Manpower Management

- Prepare security duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Monitor attendance, discipline and performance of security personnel.
- Ensure adequate manpower deployment at all entry and exit points.

3. Gate & Material Control

- Monitor employee, visitor, contractor and vehicle entry/exit.
- Verify gate passes, material inward and outward records.
- Ensure proper checking of vehicles and materials before dispatch.

4. Safety & Incident Management

- Monitor CCTV surveillance and security systems.
- Handle theft,



unauthorized entry, disputes and security incidents.
- Prepare incident reports and coordinate with management during emergencies.
- Coordinate with the factory team for fire and emergency response.

5. Security Compliance & Reporting

- Maintain security registers, visitor records and vehicle movement logs.
- Conduct regular security inspections and surprise checks.
- Submit daily security reports to management.
- Implement company security policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in security management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience managing security teams and multiple shifts.
- Good knowledge of gate control, material movement and CCTV monitoring.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and manage security incidents.
- Knowledge of industrial security procedures is preferred.
