We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the overall operations of Sathyam Group of Companies. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, improve business efficiency, strengthen processes and support the company's strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall operations across manufacturing, retail, supply chain and group companies.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor process efficiency, cost control and quality management systems.
- Lead project execution, infrastructure development and capacity expansion.
- Establish operational policies, SOPs and performance monitoring systems.
- Drive cross-functional coordination between departments.
- Build and lead high-performing teams.
- Identify operational risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management or MBA.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in FMCG, agriculture inputs, manufacturing or retail.
- Solid knowledge of operations management and business processes.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
