Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading the financial strategy and management of RPD Solar Pvt. Ltd. The CFO will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.

This role includes managing relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and key stakeholders, and supporting funding initiatives for solar projects and business expansion.



The CFO will collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate project profitability, optimize capital structure, and drive cost efficiencies across EPC, I&C;, and O&M; operations. Day-to-day activities involve guiding the finance team, implementing robust financial controls, assessing financial risks, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making in a fast-growing renewable energy setting.

Qualifications

- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting.
- Expertise in corporate finance, capital structuring, project financing, and investor relations, preferably within infrastructure or renewable energy sectors.
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance practices.
- Experience implementing financial controls, risk management frameworks, and ERP or financial systems for process efficiency.
- Proven leadership abilities in managing and mentoring finance teams, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to evaluate project economics, business models, and long-term sustainability goals.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent; prior experience as CFO or senior finance leader is highly preferred.
- Exposure to solar, energy, manufacturing, or related industries, and familiarity with EPC project lifecycles, is an advantage.
