Sathyam Group of Companies is looking for a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization's overall business operations, strategic planning and expansion initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth, profitability and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall business strategy and long-term vision.
- Lead business operations, profitability and organizational performance.
- Develop strategies to scale business operations and achieve organizational targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and expansion avenues.
- Drive investor relations, fundraising and stakeholder management.
- Establish strong leadership teams and organizational culture.
- Monitor business performance through KPIs and financial indicators.
- Ensure effective coordination across all business verticals.
- Drive innovation, operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in CEO, Business Head or senior leadership roles.
- Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, FMCG, retail or related sectors.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses and driving profitability.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial understanding and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
