Technocraft Ventures Limited is a profitable, growing infrastructure EPC company listed on the BSE and NSE with revenue of more than Rs. 350 Crores. For 27 years we have built sewerage networks, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations and allied water infrastructure. Our projects span six states under flagship government programmes such as AMRUT 2.0 and Namami Gange.

The role

We are looking for a Chief Accounts Officer to own the integrity of the companys books and its banking relationship. You will lead a team of Senior Accounts Officers and Assistant Accounts Officers across multiple projects and states, reporting to the CFO. You will act as the final internal check on key financial outputs before they leave the company.

Key responsibilities

- Own month-end close, consolidation and the trial balance, with the books closed by working day 8.
- Own the chart of accounts and accounting policies under Ind AS, including revenue recognition for construction contracts (Ind AS 115).
- Prepare quarterly limited-review and results packs under SEBI Reg 33, and the annual Schedule III financial statements.
- Lead the statutory audit and coordinate with the tax auditors.
- Prepare monthly stock and book-debt statements and drawing-power computations.
- Prepare QIS / FFR returns and CMA data for working-capital renewals and enhancements.
- Monitor bank covenants and DSCR, manage BG and LC limits, and lead banker meetings and stock audits.
- Review revenue recognition, WIP and cost-to-complete,



and provisions for receivables, retention, liquidated damages and disputed claims.
- Review GST and TDS reconciliations, advance-tax computations and tax-audit data before filing.
- Run risk-based sampling reviews of the team’s work, maintain accounting SOPs, and track team KPIs.
- Provide verified financial data to the Company Secretary for SEBI LODR disclosures.
- Lead, train and build succession across the accounts team.

Desired profile

- Experience in infrastructure, EPC or construction is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on working-capital banking: stock statements, drawing power, QIS, CMA, BG and LC.
- Experience in a listed or IPO-stage company: limited reviews, quarterly results, statutory audit.
- Robust command of Ind AS, GST, TDS and Tally / ERP.
- A structured, process-driven leader who works through systems and sampling rather than checking every entry personally.
- Chartered Accountant (CMA considered) preferred but not mandatory, with 12–15 years in accounts and finance, including at least 5 years leading a team.
