Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality lectures in Chemistry and ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Guide and mentor students in academic activities, projects, and research work.
- Conduct practical sessions and laboratory activities while ensuring adherence to laboratory safety protocols.
- Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and departmental activities.
- Contribute to research publications, academic projects, and other scholarly activities.




- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
- Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops, and institutional initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Chemistry with a Ph.D. in Chemistry (mandatory).
- 5 to 7 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputed educational institution.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom management skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students through effective and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Research orientation and a commitment to academic excellence.
