Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs) and prepare P&IDs; for chemical processing plants.

- Conduct mass balances, line sizing, pump calculations, equipment sizing, and hydraulic calculations to optimize plant operations.

- Create piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs;) using software such as Aspen Plus or similar tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement recent processes or modify existing ones.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during the design phase.

- making technical/commercial proposal by understanding client requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of experience in chemical engineering or related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or Environmental Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Strong understanding of process design principles including mass transfer kinetics, heat transfer mechanisms etc.
