We're looking for good people who love what they do and want to be part of kitchens that take food, hospitality and teamwork seriously.

Liquid & Larder is recruiting Chef de Parties, Demi Chefs, Commis Chefs and the all important Kitchen Porters to join our teams across Bistecca, The Gidley, Alfie's and The Rover.

Whether you're experienced in running a section, developing your skills or looking to get your foot in the door, we'd love to hear from you.

Bistecca: An Italian cocktail bar and steak restaurant beneath Sydney's CBD, centred on the bistecca alla Fiorentina.

The Gidley: An opulent underground steakhouse where fine dining meets semi-respectable displays of gluttony.

Alfie's: An effortlessly cool city haunt that flips the steakhouse model on its head.

Full time and casual positions are available across lunch and dinner services.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen (preferred, but not essential for Kitchen Porters).
- Strong organisation and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A sharp eye for detail and consistency on every plate.
- Pride in your work and a commitment to high standards.
- A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider team.
- A desire to learn, develop and contribute to a great kitchen culture.
