Position: Café Chef / Café Cook

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Coffee Café Chef to manage daily kitchen operations, prepare high-quality café food, maintain food safety standards and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coffee & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, mocha and other coffee varieties.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages, including iced coffee, cold coffee, frappes, tea and specialty drinks.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders and other beverage equipment.
- Maintain consistency in taste, temperature, presentation and portion size.
- Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Prepare sandwiches, burgers, pasta, pizzas, wraps, snacks and other café menu items.
- Maintain food quality, taste,



presentation and portion consistency.
- Manage kitchen preparation, stock rotation and ingredient storage.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards.
- Control food wastage and support inventory management.
- Coordinate with baristas, service staff and café management.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and complete daily cleaning checklists.

Preferred Candidate: An experienced, quality-focused and organized skilled with good culinary skills, a positive attitude and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
