Job Summary

Aeronot Cafe is looking for an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Continental cuisine. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary skills, knowledge of kitchen operations, and the ability to maintain food quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the assigned kitchen section efficiently.
- Prepare Continental dishes, including pastas, sauces, starters, and main courses.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor stock levels, ingredient quality, and wastage.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff.
- Ensure timely food preparation and smooth kitchen operations.




- Train and guide junior chefs and commis chefs when required.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a professional restaurant or cafe kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine, pastas, sauces, and plating.
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to manage a kitchen section independently.
- Robust teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
