Key Responsibilities

- Menu Planning &
- Preparation:

Plan, prepare, and serve high-quality daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) tailored to household preferences and dietary requirements.

- Global Cuisine Expertise: Seamlessly prepare an extensive range of international cuisines (e.g., Italian,French, Asian, Mediterranean, Indian, Mexican, Middle Eastern, American) while staying adaptable to new recipes and style requests.

- Special Dietary Accommodations: Tailor menus to meet specific dietary restrictions, allergies, nutritional goals, or lifestyle preferences (e.g., low-carb, vegan, gluten-free, keto, organic).

- Inventory &

- Purchasing:

Handle all grocery shopping, sourcing fresh, high-quality, and seasonal ingredients while maintaining kitchen inventory efficiently.

- Kitchen Sanitation &

- Organization:

Maintain impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen, pantry, and cooking equipment at all times.

- Event &

- Guest Catering:

Plan and execute customized multi-course menus for special events, dinner parties, and family gatherings as needed.





- Food Preservation &

- Storage:

Properly label, store, and manage leftover meals and prepped ingredients to minimize waste.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Private Chef, Personal Chef, or Head Chef in high-end dining,luxury hospitality, or private residences.

- Culinary Training: Professional culinary degree or equivalent formal culinary certification strongly preferred.

- Culinary Versatility: Proven portfolio or track record demonstrating proficiency across diverse global cooking techniques and presentation styles.

- Food Safety: Certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., ServSafe or local equivalent).

- Skills: Excellent time management, high attention to detail, discretion, and a professional, respectful demeanour in a private home setting.

- Flexibility: Willingness to adjust schedules for special events, travel, or shifting household needs.
