Experience: Fresher

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 In-Hand + Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Location: Gurgaon

- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Robust written communication and typing skills.
- Good sales and convincing abilities.
- Strong customer-handling skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate professionally with customers and understand their requirements.
- Promote relevant products and services to potential customers.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers whenever required.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned performance and sales targets.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
