02 | CUSTOMER SUPPORT TRAVEL VOICE

03 | CUSTOMER SUPPORT INTERNATIONAL VOICE

EXPERIENCED OPPORTUNITY

- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience in International Calling
- CTC: 3.6 LPA 3.9 LPA
- Approx. In-Hand: Maximum 25,000 Per Month
- Salary Hike: Up to 30% over Last Drawn Salary, subject to the maximum offer

> Understand customer concerns through effective listening/probing and provide appropriate support.

> Assist customers with product, service, order or travel-related queries depending on the assigned process.

> Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.

> Record customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.

> Follow defined quality, productivity, SLA and process guidelines.
