Areete Consultants LLP is looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (Manager) to lead client engagements, mentor teams, and deliver excellence in GST, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Financial Reporting, and Regulatory Compliance .

Key Highlights

CA with 6–7 years of post-qualification experience

Recent & relevant experience in a CA Firm is mandatory

Candidates with only industry/corporate experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- GST & Indirect Taxation
- End-to-end independent handling of GST compliances, advisory, and litigation assignments
- Review and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, reconciliations, etc.)
- GST audits, assessments, notices, and departmental representations
- Advisory on GST structuring, input tax credit optimization, and compliance planning
- Keeping clients updated on changes in GST laws and implications.

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance

- Finalization of financial statements (including consolidation of domestic and international subsidiaries) as per applicable accounting standards.
- Preparation and review of MIS reports and financial analysis Handling tax audits;
- Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other regulatory requirements
- Liaising with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities.




- Team Leadership & Management
- Supervision, mentoring, and review of work performed by team members
- Allocation of assignments and ensuring timely completion
- Quality control and review of deliverables before submission
- Training team members on GST and financial reporting updates
- Building a cooperative and performance-driven team environment.

1. Client Relationship Management

- Acting as a key point of contact for assigned clients
- Providing proactive advisory and business insights
- Managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Ensuring client satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (Mandatory)
- 6-7+ years of relevant experience in a CA firm

* Strong expertise in GST laws and compliance

- Excellent knowledge of financial statements

* Excellent Knowledge of Direct Taxes, payroll, FEMA, Corporate laws, and taxation

* Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, Computax etc.) and advance knowledge of MS Excel .

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Leadership ability with experience in managing teams.

Candidates with strong statutory audit experience will be preferred.
