We are looking for a high-performing Finance Associate to join our growing finance team and support multi-entity accounting, reporting, compliance, and treasury operations.

Role Overview The Finance Associate will play a key role in managing day-to-day finance operations while ensuring strong controls, accurate reporting, and statutory compliance. This role offers excellent exposure to quick-paced business finance, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across group entities.
- Maintain MIS dashboards including P&L; by brand, EBITDA analysis, cash flow tracking, and variance commentary.
- Support consolidation of financial statements across subsidiaries and prepare management-ready reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for revenue recognition, returns accounting, and marketplace reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments.
- Strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and SOP compliance.
- Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules,



and inventory accounting.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Prepare advance tax workings, tax provisions, and support income tax filings.
- Track ROC filings, Companies Act requirements, and MSME payment timelines.
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and proactively highlight liquidity risks.
- Monitor working capital including receivables, payables, and inventory ageing.

Candidate Profile

- Chartered Accountant (ICAI) Mandatory.
- 23 years of post-qualification experience (articleship not counted).
- Prior experience in D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, consumer goods, funded startups, or Big4 preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Ind AS, Companies Act, and accounting standards.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / SAP / Zoho Books.
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
- Strong ownership mindset, analytical approach, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
